Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has admitted his interest in Real Madrid left back Roberto Carlos.

Carlos has been in speculation to be taking a move to Stamford Bridge if he can't get a longer deal at Madrid.

Mourinho considers Carlos to be the best left back in the world despite being at the age of 33. Del Horno is Mourinho's select at the minute but it's a known fact that he isn't 100% happy with the youngsters performances.

"Roberto is 33 but I consider him to be the best in his position and I wish it would be possible," said Mourinho to Portuguese tv TVI
